Como informara este CIB, el 9 de mayo, el changarín Miguel Jesús Carballo que plantaba marihuana en su casa fue hallado a la entrada de su casa con un tiro en el pecho.
Diez días después, fueron detenidos dos jóvenes, a los que la Policía señaló como narcos que se disputaban el territorio con el asesinado, tal como lo reprodujo el diario Crónica.
Hasta ahora, no habían trascendido las identidades de los hermanos Rodrigo Alejandro y Joel Cerrudo.
A ellos se llegó por el testimonio de la vecina de enfrente, prima de una policía, quien dijo que “le pareció” ver a Joel –quien vive a una cuadra– que salió y disparó. Siempre según los dichos de la entrevistada, quien a su vez toma los dichos del abogado de sus hijos –un miembro de la Defensoría Oficial de La Plata–, luego de declarar en la Comisaría la joven quedó como “testigo encubierta” pero –de acuerdo a los dichos de Berengo– lo publicita en todas partes Soraya Coronel.
La madre de los presos dice que hay una cámara de la zona que filmó el crimen. Allí se vería a un auto y una moto que llegaron con encapuchados con barbijos, entraron a la casa y salieron a las corridas, perseguidos por el changarín con un fierro en la mano hasta que cayó con un par de disparos en las piernas y uno en el pecho.
Junto a algunos allegados que creen en la inocencia de los muchachos, fueron a la Comisaría a aportar pruebas pero no se las recibieron, ni cuando les balearon la casa ya que “no había casquillos”.
“El 1º de junio debimos hacer un piquete en la puerta para que nos recibieran. Nos dijeron que el comisario estaba en un allanamiento y que seríamos recibidos por el subcomisario, Ariel”. Luego, denunciaron a la Comisaría 1ª de Berazategui ante Asuntos Internos.
“Como mi papá militó para Mussi, fui a la Municipalidad, pero María Laura (¿Lacava?) me mandó a la Fiscalía”.
“La Fiscalía no hace nada. Quise entrar, pero la policía en la puerta me dijo que debido a la pandemia no toman denuncias. Igual, ellos ya tienen la filmación”.
La mujer asegura que sus hijos no estaban en la zona del crimen. Uno de ellos, ni siquiera estaba en la ciudad. “Tengo las pruebas”, asevera.
¿Quiénes fueron?
“Somos de Jacarandá y hay gente de Villa Mitre que dice saber quiénes fueron los criminales”, dice Berengo.
La mujer tiene mensajes telefónicos que imprimió pero el defensor los desestima como prueba. Además “me dijo que él está para defendernos, no para acusar a nadie”.
“Mi marido es mecánico. Pedimos defensor oficial porque no tenemos plata. Si fuéramos narcos tendríamos el mejor abogado del mundo”.
La causa por Homicidio es llevada por Carlos Laureano Riera, fiscal de la Unidad Funcional 5, y Diego Carlos Agüero, del Juzgado de Garantías 4.
