Desde las 21 horas de anoche, el personal médico del Centro de Salud más importante de Berazategui inició una medida de fuerza que afecta el servicio de guardia municipal. Desde ayer miércoles, personal médico del Centro de Atención Primaria de Salud Dr. Javier Sábatto (CAPS Nº 1), inició medidas de fuerza por “tiempo indeterminado” reduciendo la actividad a “trabajo a reglamento” con “quite de colaboración”. El conflicto, que se viene arrastrando hace tiempo, desencadenó la renuncia de la Directora del establecimiento, Dra. Norma Beatriz Caracciolo, quien alegó “no compartir la política de trabajo” emanada por los funcionarios de la cartera de Salud municipal.
La acción gremial se encuentra respaldada por la Unión de Obreros y Empleados Municipales de Berazategui (UOEMB), que lidera Daniel Báez, quien hace meses viene advirtiendo a las autoridades de la Secretaría de Salud Pública de la “grave situación que padece el personal municipal por: traslados compulsivos, sanciones sin causa, maltratos permanentes, precarización y sobrecarga laboral, despidos injustificados, entre otros ítems que provocaron además los índices estadísticos más altos de renuncias de profesionales en la comuna de Berazategui”.
Sin embargo, pese a las sendas reuniones que se llevaron adelante entre la UOEMB y el municipio a fin de dar solución a las problemáticas de distintas áreas de la Secretaria de Salud, el conflicto en el sector de Guardia, lejos de solucionarse, se agravó. Las advertencias a la comuna también fueron denunciadas en el Ministerio de Trabajo de la Provincia, solicitando que intervenga de manera urgente.
Debido a estas “políticas erráticas y abusivas hacia los trabajadores de salud, es que detonaron este miércoles con renuncias y medidas de fuerza que impactarán en la reducción del servicio de atención al público, atendiendo por guardia únicamente emergencias, y en la vía pública o domicilios solo los casos que encuadren en código rojo”, explicó Báez, secretario General de UOEMB.
Desde el sindicato elevaron también fuertes cuestionamientos sobre el desenvolvimiento del Coordinador General del Centro de Emergencias Médicas (CEM), Juan Manuel Palacios, sobre quien pesa la “mayor cantidad de denuncias de parte del personal municipal en sede del gremio”.
